What you put into Splendy stays yours. You let us store it, process it and show it to you and, for group content, to your group, only so we can run the app. When you delete your account, we delete it as described in Delete your account.

These terms are an agreement between you and NIRP Technologies (“we”, “us”), the maker of Splendy. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to them. Please read them together with our privacy policy.
Splendy helps you record and understand spending, including costs you share with other people. It is a record-keeping tool.
When you join a group, its members see what is added to it, including your name, the expenses you add, receipt photos and comments. Only invite people you're happy to share that with.
Disagreements about who owes what are between the people in the group. We can't settle them, but the app keeps a full history of every change to help you sort them out.

If an account breaks these terms, we may suspend or close it. Where we can, we'll tell you first and explain why.
Splendy is free today. If we ever introduce paid features, we'll tell you in advance, and we'll never charge you without your agreement.
We keep improving Splendy, so features may change. If we ever stop running it, we'll give you notice and time to export or note down what you need.
You can delete your account at any time from the app. See Delete your account for how, and what happens to your data.
We work hard to keep Splendy accurate and available, but we provide it as it is, without promises that it will always be error-free or available. To the extent the law allows, we aren't responsible for losses caused by mistakes in what was entered, by decisions you make using the app, or by events outside our control.
Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that can't be limited.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. If a dispute can't be resolved by talking to us first, the courts in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu will decide it.
If we change these terms, we'll update the date at the top. For important changes, we'll tell you in the app before they apply.
